By booking with Air There & Everywhere, you agree to the terms below. They’re here to keep things fair and predictable.
Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Website prices and quotes are intended to be clear before booking. The final fare is confirmed when we accept the booking and may change only if the journey details change (for example, extra stops, waiting, or major route changes).
- Airport prices are fixed for the agreed route. If you add stops or change addresses, the fare may change.
Flight delays (airport pickups)
- We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times where possible.
- Reasonable delays are covered. Very long delays may incur extra waiting time charges.
Waiting time
- Airport pickups include reasonable waiting time for luggage collection.
- Non-airport pickups include a short grace period.
- Extended waiting may be charged.
Cancellations & no-shows
- Cancellations with reasonable notice are usually free.
- Late cancellations, wasted journeys, or no-shows may be charged in full where reasonable.
Luggage & passengers
- Please tell us in advance if you have lots of luggage, bulky items, or special requirements.
- Child seats: let us know what you need before the day of travel.
Behaviour & safety
- We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
- Passengers are responsible for damage caused by misuse or misconduct.
Delays outside our control
We always aim to be on time. However, we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Licensing & insurance
We are fully licensed and insured for passenger transport.
