The price you’re quoted is the price you expect — unless something genuinely changes, and we’ll always talk first.
What we don’t do
- No surge pricing.
- No silent add-ons after booking.
- No silent changes to your booking details without letting you know.
Waiting time – quick guide
- Airports: first 60 minutes after landing are free.
- After that it’s £15 per half hour, billed fairly.
- Non-airport runs: reasonable grace, then the same structure if things really overrun.
These rules are there for the rare worst-case situations – in reality we’re quite reasonable, especially if it’s clearly out of your hands.
