How do I book with Air There & Everywhere?
Use the booking form on this site — it takes about a minute. Once you submit, we’ll process it and send a confirmation message within a day.
  • If it’s urgent, use WhatsApp and we’ll reply as soon as possible.
  • You can also copy the WhatsApp summary from the final step of the form.
How is the price worked out?
Airport runs use fixed fares where available. Manchester area journeys use fixed route pricing, local Wirral journeys use a local mileage estimate, and other journeys are quoted automatically using our route and distance rules.
  • You’ll see the quote before you confirm.
  • Minimum fares can apply depending on the vehicle and journey type.
  • Multi-stops and long waits may change the final price — we’ll always tell you first.
What if my flight is delayed?
No panic — we track your arrival where possible and adjust pick-up timing. When you land, please message us after you’ve collected your luggage so we can time it perfectly.
Where do you pick up at the airport?
We’ll confirm the exact pick-up point in your confirmation message (it varies by terminal and current airport setup). If you prefer meet-and-greet, message us and we’ll sort it.
How many passengers can you take?
We do 1–8 seats. If you’re 5+ passengers, the system will automatically switch you to the larger vehicle.
Can you take lots of luggage / child seats?
Yes — just tell us what you’ve got in the notes. For child seats, tell us the child’s age/weight and whether you want rear or forward facing.
Can I make changes after I’ve submitted?
Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp with what needs changing and we’ll update it. If it’s an airport trip, include the flight number and new timings.
What happens after I submit the booking?
We add it to the system, check availability, and send you a confirmation message once it’s accepted. Closer to travel, we’ll send reminders and driver details.
Do you charge for waiting?
Normal pick-up timing is included. If there’s extended waiting (especially on return legs or multiple stops), we’ll message you first before adding anything.
Do you operate early mornings and late nights?
Yes — that’s a big part of what we do. For super-early pickups, we’ll also send a reassurance message the day before.
